Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Given the simplicity of our main service, our Refund Policy is really simple:

 

– Any user who has purchased at least one ticket in a specific month has the chance to give back its purchased ticket/s before the 30th day of the month (the specific date of the lottery extraction) receiving a full refund of money.

 

– We are not able to concede a refund if the user requests a refund for ticket/s valid for a past month for whom a lottery is already happened.

 

– Any other request of refund different from the first point of this policy will be totally ignored.

1. Generalities of the Terms of Service

Welcome to Make Someone Rich! (a.k.a. “we” or “us“, “MSR” or the “Company“). MSR is a work in progress, meaning that a lot will change in the near future. We reserve the right to update the Website and these Terms of Service from time to time, at our discretion. We will make sure to announce any major change in a prominent way, but since “major” is a very subjective concept, you can always monitor and subscribe to changes via our TOS Tracker (yes, we track our own Terms!). Of course, this document is public on MSR, and you will be able to see the changes for any new version (just click on the “See all versions” button on the right). Your continued use of the Website following the publishing of updated Terms of Service means that you accept and agree to the changes.

3. Website & Security

We are working hard on improving MSR, but we can’t guarantee that the Website will be up and running 24/7. We also reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to some features to users. In any case, we will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period, nor for any data loss (see also section 7 below).

To access certain features of the Website you have to register by entering your email and choosing a password as part of our security procedures. You must treat such information as confidential, not disclosing it to any third party and only using MSR in person. There is a password reset procedure in case you forget your password, but please notify us of any breach of security.

We highly recommend to choose a strong password (e.g. “dw34hnd892Gj”) and that you log out from your account at the end of every session.

It is a condition of your use of the Website that all the information you provide on the Website is correct, current and complete. In the future, you may be asked to provide certain registration details or other information. Additionally, using our website and purchasing our main product, the end-user shows to have carefully read and accepted following guidelines:

  • You, the end-user, are the only responsible entity for the use of our service.
  • Any illegal / inappropriate use of our products is exclusive responsibility of the end-user.
  • If a single monthly lottery (please, consult the About Us page to have a clear definition of lottery) will collect at least a total amount of 100,000 USD, we will retain a 30% as service commission. Additionally, there will be third-party commissions as PayPal or related services fees. As final result, the winner end-user, for a total of 100,000 USD collected, will earn a net amount of 70,000 USD.

6. Law and Copyright Infringements

We do not undertake to review all material before it is posted on the Website, and cannot ensure prompt removal of objectionable material after it has been posted. Accordingly, we assume no liability for any action or inaction regarding transmissions, communications or content provided by any user or third party.
